Read what Pieter from the Jarchives forum stumbled upon while perusing the press kit for Sons of Lwala:

The original music for Sons of Lwala was scored by Grammy award-winning band Jars of Clay. The band also wrote an original song for the flim, Prisoner of Hope, which will be released as a single on iTunes. Proceeds from the song will benefit the clinic in Lwala.

As we read in Charlie's interview, the Greatest Hits album from Jars is on its way (April 1st!). Now, a partial tracklist has been released by Provident, along with the album cover.
